Bob Poresky Sensei's class in Syracuse
We had nice and fun class with Sensei Bob in Syracuse this morning. Thank you, Sensei Bob.
Rochester Phoenix Aikido Club will have regular class tomorrow as always. Join us!
He also gave Self defence class from 10am to 11am, before Aikido class. Taka joined, and enjoyed a lot!
