Sometimes we enjoy coffee at Starry Nites Cafe near from Dojo after training. I miss such a beautiful sunny days. Rochester is still cold! This pic was taken last spring.

  Last Saturday was training with Bob Poresky sensei at Capital Aikikai of Syracuse. Everybody had fun time with Bob.
