Bob Poresky Sensei's class was fun

  We had Bob Poresky Sensei's class this morning. 20 people attended and everybody had fun time. Some people drove from Syracuse or Buffalo. Hope to see you all next time again.

Bob Poresky Sensei's class this coming Sunday, March 7th

Bob Poresky Sensei will be in Rochester Sunday March 7th. Class 11am to 1pm...ish

Join class on Sunday! You and your friends are welcome to come and train.

Open Practice on Friday (5:00 - 6:00)

Friday 5:00 - 6:00 pm is Open Practice of Aikido.We train Randori (Kakari geiko or Mawashi geiko) as group practice.

Coffee after training

Sometimes we enjoy coffee at Starry Nites Cafe near from Dojo after training. I miss such a beautiful sunny days. Rochester is still cold! This pic was taken last spring.
